It's all Worship

My body aches today.  Aprille feels like she's been run over by a train.  No....we were not in an accident, we've been painting the Smyrna Missionary Baptist Church parsonage.  We've been painting for a couple weeks and there's still a ways to go.  But things are really beginning to look great. 

 I'm thankful God has provided a home for my family.   I don't mind all the hard work because It's All Worship as I see it.  We Worship Him with thanksgiving.   Painting is Praising!  The truth is God always knows our need and supplies according to His good favor.  I know that God loves my family and for that I am most grateful. 

"Seek His Kingdom and these things will be added to you"    Luke 12:31


Father, I praise You and Worship You and thank You for all Your blessing on my life.  To God be the Glory, AMEN!

Day by Day

Today I was reading about the beginning of Christ's Church and the truth jumped off the page right into my heart.  We must continue day by day for Jesus in order for His Church to grow.  

And they continued steadfastly in the apostles' doctrine and fellowship, in the breaking of bread, and in prayers. Then fear came upon every soul, and many wonders and signs were done through the apostles. Now all who believed were together, and had all things in common, and sold their possessions and goods, and divided them among all, as anyone had need. So continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, they ate their food with gladness and simplicity of heart, praising God and having favor with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily those who were being saved.   (Acts 2:42-47; NKJV)

Super 8 Blessing....

Just arrived at the Super 8 in Salisbury, NC. Faith has another volleyball tournament tomorrow. On the way up, I found out that our room was paid for already. What a wonderful surprise and BLESSING!! God does things like that when we need it most. Awesome Praise!!

Nurishment

Rainy days are made by the Lord too. It's a great time to just sit at the kitchen table and watch the bird feeder or look out at the water or study the Word. No need of getting in a hurry! Relaxing!
